David Adewuyi
Director of Finance
David Adewuyi is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and has a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Oxford Brookes University UK and a Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy from the University of London UK. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK. Mr. David Adewuyi has more than 15 years of increasing finance and accounting experience. His experience span across a number of industries including consulting, manufacturing, telecommunications, advertising, retail and financial services which helps him relate with his clients and truly understand their finance and accounting needs. Mr. Adewuyi is skilled in finance, accounting, management consulting, business analysis, strategic planning, cost benefit analysis, forecasting and financial planning. As Director of Finance, Mr. Adewuyi is responsible for providing finance and accounting services in a number of areas including financial planning, forecasting, reporting, policy development and analysis, financial and debt management, capacity-building, business process improvement, strategy and business consulting. Mr. Adewuyi brings friendliness and vast financial knowledge to his role and clients a founding partner of Zynergy Management Group.
Samson Omotosho

As Director of operations, Zynergy Management Group inc., Samson is concentrated on evaluating clients’ accounting and financial management needs and proffering fit-for-purpose solutions, customized to client’s needs and objectives. To achieve this goal, Samson currently oversees the finance and operations arm of Zynergy Management Group Inc. Samson has extensive years of experience in accounting and financial services from the public sector and the financial industry, having held various accounting, corporate finance and risk management positions in Canada Life Insurance, Government of Manitoba, Indigenous Management Group, Sterling Bank PLC and Equitorial Trust Bank Limited. Samson also has firsthand experience in Indigenous/First Nation co-management service and financial management from working directly with several indigenous communities. Samson is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA, ACA) in Canada, UK, and Nigeria. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and has an undergraduate degree in Accountancy.
